I have a c88+ printer which I use for sublimation. I just paid over 300. for 4 little cartridges and only used it 4 times and now its telling me I'm out of black ink. There is still ink in the cartridge but it won't work for me. I used your software but not sure if I'm doing something wrong with it. When I go to the resetter tab, its not showing my number of black ink. Can someone help me with this. My email is ajprom@eastlink.ca

The software is no longer being supported by SSCLG so your question will go unanswered from the development team.
Your best bet is to purchase refillable cartridges with Auto Reset Chips (ARC's) installed. These reset the cartridge ink levels whenever you refill them but you could go one stage further and purchase a CIS system which would come with the ARC's already...
Software isn't going to help you with this printer though I'm afraid.
